Delivery

Dispatch

• All orders are dispatched via PostNL in the Netherlands.

• Orders are shipped out throughout the week and typically take 1-3 days to be dispatched, during particularly busy periods it may take up to a week – your patience is appreciated!

• You will receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched, sometimes these go into spam or junk folders.

Shipping

• International orders are provided with a tracking number after dispatch. Please consider a delivery time of approximately 12 days after dispatch.

• Domestic orders are provided with a tracking number on orders above €24.50. Orders up to €24.50 are shipped with stamps and do not have a tracking number. Please consider a delivery time of approximately 3 days after dispatch.

Returns

• Buyer can return the items, we do not accept exchanges of items. If you wish to return your purchase please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

• Buyer must return item within 14 days of delivery in the original packaging.

• Buyer is responsible for return postage costs. We cannot cover the price of shipping it back to us (unless it arrived damaged or faulty) due to this being a small business, we hope that’s understandable.

• Buyer is responsible for loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
